We all knew Ralph was fast and dedicated but he now has MSO Provincial Records to prove it!

Impressively, Ralph set an incredible 4 MSO provincial records for the 80-84 age category in the MSO Provincial Championships in March.  His newly earned records were in the 50m Freestyle (37.45), 100m Freestyle (1:23.93), 200m Freestyle (3:15.98) and the 1500m Freestyle (28:05.90) events.   And he not only made the new records but smashed the previous records!  

 

Three of these records (100m, 200m and 1500m) also qualify as Berger records, which means these are the fastest times these events have been swam by a Canadian in this age category while competing in Canada or the USA. 

 

Ralph also placed 2nd in the 100m Individual Medley and 3rd in the 100m Breaststroke.

Ralph truly is an inspiration to all of us.  He works hard in practice and is also dedicated to his strength workouts.  His hard work has paid off.  Lets all congratulate Ralph on his incredible success.
