MASTERS SWIMMING CANADA
The Arnprior Greyfish Masters Swim Club is a member of Masters Swimming Canada. Masters Swimming Canada's mission is to lead, develop, and support adult swimming in Canada.
Masters Swimming Canada provides programs, tools and resources to help swimmers monitor and track their swimming progress. Many of our swimmers participate in these programs and receive awards and recognition for thier swimming. One of these programs is the Million Meter Challenge described below.

Million Meter Challenge
Masters Swimming Canada offers a unique program designed to promote fitness through swimming. By keeping track of the accumulative distance swum, athletes can attempt to reach 1 Million Meters (and beyond). To participate in this program, simply register with MyMSC and log the distance of each comleted workout. Basic awards start at 100,000m. Check out the Masters Swimming Canada for more information.

MASTERS SWIMMING ONTARIO
The Arnprior Greyfish is also a member of Masters Swimming Ontario (MSO). Masters Swimming Ontario is a great resource for information regarding swimming, meets and events, meet results and Ontario records.
Many of the Greyfish Masters swimmers are members of Masters Swimming Canada. This annual membership is required for those that wish to compete at sanctioned masters swim events.
